Jon Mandala

HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL - Jon joined Manchester Country Club as the Lead Assistant Golf Professional in 2023 and was promoted to Head Golf Professional in 2024. A native of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Jon brings more than a decade of experience in private club operations and player development. Prior to joining MCC, he spent ten years at New Jersey National Golf Club, where he served as the Second Assistant Golf Professional. In that capacity, he focused extensively on instruction for both adults and juniors, while serving as the Lead Professional for the Club’s Junior Golf Program.

Brett Lloyd

ASSISTANT GOLF PROFESSIONAL - Ryan joined Manchester Country Club in 2023 as Pro Shop Manager and has since been promoted to Assistant Golf Professional. A native of Hoosick Falls, New York, Ryan developed his game competing in the NENY Junior PGA before going on to play collegiate golf at McDaniel College in Maryland. At McDaniel, Ryan made an immediate impact, earning a starting spot as the number two player on the team as a freshman and capping off his first season by earning Rookie of the Year honors in the Centennial Conference after a seventh-place finish at the Conference Championship.

George Heslin

DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION George Heslin is a seasoned Golf Professional whose journey has led him to the mountains of Vermont. He has extensive knowledge of the golf swing and modern teaching strategies to go along with his extensive tournament play experience. George has coached at the college level at Sacred Heart University and has introduced thousands of junior golfers to the game of golf. He boasts 14 current PGA professionals currently working in the business that have come through his programs. With his breadth of experience George has taught over 28,000 lessons. With use of the latest video and launch monitor systems George can improve any golfer's game, from beginner to advanced. He is available for private, semi-private and group lessons, as well as playing lessons on the golf course. He is dedicated to providing a full panoply of golf instruction to all those interested in the game here at MCC. George is a full time resident of Vermont where he lives with his wife and MCC member Dr. Eva Mayer.
